2. Quali dati trattiamo

• Account: indirizzo email e password (la password è salvata solo in forma cifrata dal nostro fornitore di autenticazione; noi non la vediamo mai). Lingua dell'interfaccia.
• Azienda e negozi: nome dell'azienda, nome, città e tipo dei negozi, piattaforme attivate, ruoli e permessi dei membri del team, inviti.
• Contenuti che inserisci: risposte al questionario iniziale, descrizione del tono, foto reali, riferimenti di stile e screenshot dei tuoi post. Prima del caricamento le foto vengono rielaborate sul tuo dispositivo per eliminare posizione GPS e altri metadati nascosti.
• Contenuti generati: immagini, video e testi creati dal servizio, con le relative impostazioni.
• Utilizzo: numero di generazioni giornaliere, costi stimati, messaggi di feedback che ci invii.
• Dati tecnici e di sicurezza: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser e dati del dispositivo trattati dai nostri fornitori per far funzionare e proteggere il servizio (anche tramite la verifica anti-bot Cloudflare Turnstile); registri di errori e registri delle azioni amministrative, che contengono l'identificativo dell'utente ma non l'email.

Non chiediamo e non conserviamo le password dei tuoi account Instagram, TikTok o Xiaohongshu: i contenuti li pubblichi tu.

3. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base

• Fornire il servizio (creare l'account, gestire aziende, negozi e team, generare contenuti, inviare email di servizio come conferma dell'indirizzo e reimpostazione della password): esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sicurezza e prevenzione degli abusi (verifica anti-bot, limiti giornalieri, registri di errori e di sicurezza): legittimo interesse a proteggere il servizio e gli utenti (art. 6.1.f).
• Obblighi di legge (ad esempio fiscali o richieste delle autorità): obbligo legale (art. 6.1.c).
• Feedback: legittimo interesse a migliorare il servizio (art. 6.1.f).

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati, non li usiamo per pubblicità e non usiamo cookie di profilazione o di statistica.

4. Intelligenza artificiale

Per generare i contenuti inviamo ai fornitori di intelligenza artificiale elencati sotto solo ciò che serve: le informazioni sul negozio e sullo stile, il testo che scrivi e, quando necessario, le foto che hai caricato (tramite link temporanei). I contenuti generati possono contenere errori: controllali sempre prima di pubblicarli.

Non caricare foto di persone riconoscibili senza il loro consenso, né documenti o dati personali di terzi.

5. A chi comunichiamo i dati

I dati sono trattati da fornitori che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento per nostro conto:

• Supabase – database, autenticazione e archiviazione dei file (server nell'Unione europea; società con sede negli USA).
• Cloudflare – hosting del sito e dell'API, rete e protezione anti-bot Turnstile (società con sede negli USA, rete globale).
• Resend – invio delle email di servizio (regione UE, Irlanda; società con sede negli USA).
• BytePlus – modelli AI Doubao, Seedream e Seedance (endpoint europeo; gruppo con sede a Singapore).
• MiniMax – modelli AI Hailuo (Singapore).
• DeepSeek – modelli AI per i testi (Cina).

Quale fornitore AI viene usato dipende dal tipo di contenuto e dalla configurazione del servizio. I membri del tuo team vedono i dati dei negozi a cui hanno accesso. Possiamo comunicare dati alle autorità quando la legge lo richiede.

6. Trasferimenti fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo

Alcuni fornitori hanno sede o server negli Stati Uniti, a Singapore o in Cina. In questi casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base del EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (per i fornitori statunitensi certificati) oppure delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea. Puoi chiederci maggiori informazioni scrivendo all'indirizzo email indicato sopra.

7. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

• Dati dell'account, delle aziende, dei negozi, file caricati e contenuti generati: finché mantieni l'account o finché non li elimini.
• Quando elimini l'account dall'app, cancelliamo subito il tuo account, i file e le aziende di cui sei titolare (con tutti i loro negozi). Se fai parte di aziende di altri, esci da quelle aziende.
• Registri di errori e delle azioni amministrative: fino a 12 mesi.
• Dati necessari per obblighi di legge: per il periodo previsto dalla legge.

8. Memorizzazione sul dispositivo

Il sito salva nel tuo browser (localStorage) solo ciò che serve a funzionare: la sessione di accesso e la lingua scelta. Si tratta di strumenti tecnici necessari, per i quali non è richiesto il consenso. La verifica Cloudflare Turnstile può leggere informazioni tecniche del dispositivo solo per distinguere le persone dai bot.

9. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità e opporti ai trattamenti basati sul legittimo interesse. Puoi eliminare l'account direttamente dall'app (sezione Account). Per tutto il resto scrivi a info@easymediastudio.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.

Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. Minori

EasyMedia è riservato a persone maggiorenni (18 anni o più).

Possiamo aggiornare questa informativa. In caso di modifiche importanti ti avviseremo nell'app o via email. La data dell'ultimo aggiornamento è indicata in alto.

2. What data we process

• Account: email address and password (the password is stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see it). Interface language.
• Company and stores: company name, store names, cities and types, enabled platforms, team members' roles and permissions, invitations.
• Content you provide: onboarding answers, tone description, real photos, style references and screenshots of your posts. Before upload, photos are re-encoded on your device to remove GPS location and other hidden metadata.
• Generated content: images, videos and texts created by the service, with their settings.
• Usage: number of daily generations, estimated costs, feedback messages you send us.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser type and device data processed by our providers to run and protect the service (including the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check); error logs and logs of administrative actions, which contain the user ID but not the email.

We never ask for or store the passwords of your Instagram, TikTok or Xiaohongshu accounts: you publish the content yourself.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Providing the service (creating your account, managing companies, stores and teams, generating content, sending service emails such as address confirmation and password reset): performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and abuse prevention (anti-bot check, daily limits, error and security logs): legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Legal obligations (e.g. tax rules or requests from authorities): legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Feedback: legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not use profiling or analytics cookies.

4. Artificial intelligence

To generate content we send the AI providers listed below only what is needed: information about the store and its style, the text you write and, when needed, the photos you uploaded (via temporary links). Generated content may contain mistakes: always review it before publishing.

Do not upload photos of identifiable people without their consent, or documents or personal data of others.

5. Who we share data with

Data is processed by providers acting as processors on our behalf:

• Supabase – database, authentication and file storage (servers in the European Union; company based in the USA).
• Cloudflare – website and API hosting, network and Turnstile anti-bot protection (company based in the USA, global network).
• Resend – service emails (EU region, Ireland; company based in the USA).
• BytePlus – Doubao, Seedream and Seedance AI models (European endpoint; group based in Singapore).
• MiniMax – Hailuo AI models (Singapore).
• DeepSeek – AI models for text (China).

Which AI provider is used depends on the type of content and the service configuration. Your team members see the data of the stores they have access to. We may disclose data to authorities when required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers are based in, or have servers in, the United States, Singapore or China. In these cases transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified US providers) or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for more information at the email address above.

7. How long we keep data

• Account, company and store data, uploaded files and generated content: as long as you keep your account or until you delete them.
• When you delete your account in the app, we immediately delete your account, your files and the companies you own (with all their stores). If you are a member of other people's companies, you leave those companies.
• Error logs and administrative action logs: up to 12 months.
• Data needed for legal obligations: for the period required by law.

8. Storage on your device

The site stores in your browser (localStorage) only what it needs to work: your login session and chosen language. These are strictly necessary technical tools, which do not require consent. The Cloudflare Turnstile check may read technical device information solely to tell people from bots.

9. Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can delete your account directly in the app (Account section). For anything else write to info@easymediastudio.com: we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.

10. Minors

EasyMedia is only for adults (18 years or older).

We may update this policy. If the changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top.

• 使用情况：每日生成次数、估算成本、你发给我们的反馈。
• 技术和安全数据：服务商为运行和保护服务而处理的 IP 地址、浏览器类型和设备信息（包括 Cloudflare Turnstile 人机验证）；错误日志和管理操作日志，其中只记录用户 ID，不记录邮箱。

我们不会索取或保存你的 Instagram、TikTok 或小红书账号密码，内容由你自己发布。

4. 人工智能

为了生成内容，我们只把必要的信息发给下面列出的 AI 服务商：门店和风格信息、你写的文字，以及需要时你上传的照片（通过临时链接）。生成的内容可能有错误，发布前请务必检查。

请不要在未经本人同意的情况下上传能认出具体人物的照片，也不要上传他人的证件或个人资料。

5. 数据会提供给谁

以下服务商代表我们处理数据（数据处理者）：

• Supabase：数据库、登录和文件存储（服务器在欧盟；公司在美国）。
• Cloudflare：网站和接口托管、网络和 Turnstile 人机验证（公司在美国，全球网络）。
• Resend：发送服务邮件（欧盟爱尔兰区域；公司在美国）。
• BytePlus：豆包、Seedream、Seedance 模型（欧洲节点；集团总部在新加坡）。
• MiniMax：海螺模型（新加坡）。
• DeepSeek：文案模型（中国）。

具体使用哪家 AI 服务商，取决于内容类型和服务配置。你的团队成员能看到他们有权限的门店数据。法律要求时，我们可能向主管机关提供数据。

6. 向欧洲经济区以外传输

部分服务商的公司或服务器位于美国、新加坡或中国。这种情况下，数据传输依据欧美数据隐私框架（适用于已认证的美国服务商），或欧盟委员会批准的标准合同条款。你可以写信到上面的联系邮箱了解更多。

7. 数据保存多久

• 账号、公司、门店数据，上传的文件和生成的内容：保存到你注销账号或自行删除为止。
• 你在 App 里删除账号时，我们会立即删除你的账号、文件，以及你作为老板的公司（含其所有门店）；你加入的别人的公司，你会自动退出。
• 错误日志和管理操作日志：最多保存 12 个月。
• 法律要求保存的数据：按法律规定的期限保存。

8. 设备上的存储

网站只在你的浏览器（localStorage）里保存运行必需的信息：登录状态和所选语言。这属于必要的技术工具，不需要征求同意。Cloudflare Turnstile 人机验证可能读取设备的技术信息，仅用于区分真人和机器人。

9. 你的权利

你可以随时要求查阅、更正、删除你的数据，限制处理，要求数据可携，以及反对基于正当利益的处理。你可以直接在 App 的"账号"里删除账号。其他请求请写信到 info@easymediastudio.com，我们会在 30 天内答复。

你也有权向意大利个人数据保护机构（Garante，www.garanteprivacy.it）投诉。

EasyMedia 仅供年满 18 周岁的成年人使用。
